​Welcome to Good Cook Academy! By registering for and participating in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before completing your enrollment.
Enrollment & Participation

All participants must register in advance through the official Good Cook Academy website or approved registration channels.

Class spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of registration.
Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration in order to secure your spot in any class or program.

Payments may be made online through our secure payment system.

Deposits required for events and full payment is required upon completion of event.
Refund & Cancellation Policy​

Single Classes: Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed without notice.

Essentials of Cooking – 4-Week Series: Refunds for this multi-week program are prorated based on the number of completed sessions. Once four (4) sessions have been completed, no refunds or credits will be issued for the remainder of the series.

If a participant misses a scheduled class, Good Cook Academy will make a reasonable effort to offer a makeup session or an alternate date, subject to instructor availability and class schedule. While we cannot guarantee a specific reschedule option, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Missed classes are non-refundable, but credit may be applied toward future sessions at the discretion of the Academy.

Participants who fail to provide notice (“no-call, no-show”) forfeit the class fee, and no reschedule or credit will be offered. While we’ll always try to accommodate changes when possible, missed classes are non-refundable.

Good Cook Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes in the event of low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or the option to transfer to a future class.
Liability & Safety

By participating in any Good Cook Academy class, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with cooking activities, including the use of knives, hot surfaces, and other kitchen equipment.

Good Cook Academy and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during or as a result of participation in classes.

Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors at all times.
Intellectual Property

All class content, including recipes, course materials, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Good Cook Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Code of Conduct
-
We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
