From knife skills and meal prep to mastering heat, seasoning, and essential recipes, you'll learn how to cook real, delicious food — not just follow recipes. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop the instincts, timing, and taste to cook independently and intuitively. This class can be offered to the individual, or bring a partner to class and you’ll each get a reduced rate.

How long does it take?
Sessions are twice a week for 4 weeks - like, Tuesday and Thursday, for instance. Each session will last 3-4 hours. ​

What Does the Course Cost?
Cost of the 4 week, 8 session course is $2490 for one individual, $3900 for two individuals. This includes cost for all of the food in the Essentials menu.
