Ready to feel confident in the kitchen? The Essentials of Cooking is a personalized, hands-on course that takes place right in your home over four weeks. Designed for beginners and home cooks looking to sharpen their skills, this immersive experience covers all the foundational techniques and concepts you need to cook with confidence.

From knife skills and meal prep to mastering heat, seasoning, and essential recipes, you'll learn how to cook real, delicious food — not just follow recipes. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop the instincts, timing, and taste to cook independently and intuitively. This class can be offered to the individual, or bring a partner to class and you will each receive a reduced rate.
